Founded in 2005 we’re Utah’s first professional bagpiping association. Don’t let our laid back style fool you. We love casual performing and bending the rules set by traditional bagpipe bands, but each of the pipers and drummers of the Heathen Highlanders have a life time of experience performing and competing in both formal and casual style. The Heathen Highlanders are an association not a company. Each member may handle business a little bit different, but pricing will be the same.

The Mission of the Heathen Highlanders is:

To provide quality entertainment to Scots, Irishmen and Drunks who don't know the difference;

To be committed to creatively blasting loud bagpipe and drum music, breaking every possible rule of traditional piping and striking fear into the hearts of traditional bagpipe bands everywhere;

To make complete asses of ourselvs at every opportunity while reserving the ability to act respectable when necessary;

To woo lonely women

To maintain a laid back performing atmosphere;
